the student

my sup found me another supervisor for my fyp. even the project title was proposed already! but then there's one huge hurdle to cross which is the admission criteria for simtech. minimum is second upper. i just missed that cut by a few points. arghhh.... hopefully can continue with my ia project cos it's super duper fun lah. though there are many repetitive tests to be done, every tests will generate different results. so wht i can do now is just to hope for the best.

talking about tests, i think for this week, the machines ganged up to bully me! firstly, the micro injection moulding broke down on me. yesterday, the GPC machine refused to start up after a power trip in the lab. and today, it still refused to start. i'm running short of time n i still have lots of samples to run. if only machines can listen to me i will coax them!

my friend's grandma passed away yesterday. it kinda surprised me because i saw her in church on sunday. though she's old already, she looked well. so it rather shocked me when the news came. but nonetheless, death is nothing but part and parcel of life. be strong aaron and enen!
