Formula1 Singapore

well well well, the time has come for Singapore to shine on the international stage by hosting the inaugural F1 night race. 8pm (local time)sunday and off we are racing on a circuit flooded by lights that are so bright that it looks like daylight. i was at my aunt's place to watch the qualifying with my cousin n frankly, it's my first time watching a race with someone! usually, i watch it alone at home but this time round, i thought it might be fun to watch it together with my cousin and so off i went to my aunt's. n i didn't regret my decision! so much better and the race will be more fun (i hope).

seriously speaking, Singapore had done a fantastic job of getting everything ready for this big event. From the building of the pit builiding and a new road to the resurfacing of the roads for the race, it was done seamlessly and efficiently. This goes to show that we, are capable of the big stuff. Come 2010, another big event is awaiting for Singapore! Come on Singapore, show the rest of the world what we are capable of doing!!!
